You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales to guide development, communicate technical concepts, and align stakeholders for high-impact deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 5+ years in a technical capacity in the material handling industry as a Product Manager, Applications Engineer, Project Engineer or Product Development Engineer.
• Strong technical communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new electro-mechanical technologies in detail.
• Ability to tie technical features to customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for material handling equipment, including requirements and integration standards.
• Serve as a technical expert on conveyance, sortation, and related technologies.
• Lead product development, including research, design documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive alignment across teams, communicating technical concepts and influencing stakeholders.
• Solve complex system challenges, developing scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful implementation, improving reliability, scalability, and deployment outcomes.
