Brasseler USA Inc. is seeking a Category Manager to lead and grow our Brands and Specialty pharmaceutical categories. You will analyze performance, shape strategies, and negotiate supplier terms under managerial guidance.

You will manage new product submissions, pricing, forecasting, and catalog setup, coordinating with suppliers to craft launch promotions and ensure accurate content across channels.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in category management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent; Master's degree a plus.
• Experience with branded and private brand product lines and new product launches preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own category management, sales analysis, and market share improvement across assigned categories.
• Oversee new product submissions, pricing, forecasting, and item code creation for launches.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop promotional plans and ensure catalog content accuracy.
• Coordinate with marketing and inventory teams to align pricing, placement, and channel strategies.
• Lead and develop team members, manage projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
