Job summary

Brasseler USA Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive category management for a complex portfolio. You will own category performance, guide marketing and sales strategies, and manage key supplier partnerships to grow sales and market share.

You will also lead new product submissions, pricing decisions, and onboarding with cross-functional teams. The role requires extensive experience in marketing and/or sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior PCM professionals

Qualifications

• Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience including 5 years of combined marketing and/or sales experience, or the equivalent required; 3 or more years of management experience.
• Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
• Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management activities including sales and market share analysis.
• Negotiate with manufacturer partners and manage relationships.
• Develop promotional plans for product launches.
• Oversee new product submissions and onboarding of suppliers.
• Mentor PCM and specialists.
