Formación

• 7+ лет разработки клиентских приложений с измеримыми бизнес-результатами.

Responsabilidades

• Возглавлять инициативы Acquiring от идеи до реализации и обратной связи.
• Проектировать и внедрять системы приема платежей, платежных провайдеров и учётной отчетности.
• Использовать ИИ для ускорения поставки, устанавливая стандарты разработки.
• Создавать повторяемые решения и обучать других Product Builders.

Mews provides a hospitality platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster, and create better guest experiences.

• Take end-to-end ownership of Acquiring initiatives, from defining problems and prototyping solutions to shipping them and iterating based on customer feedback


• Design and implement systems for card and alternative payment acceptance, the payment-facilitator layer, and ledger reporting


• Use AI to accelerate delivery, set development-process standards across the tribe, and build reusable approaches for other domains


• Establish reusable patterns and frameworks for other Product Builders and coach those who want to develop in this direction

Требования

• Seven or more years delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes, including large-scale initiatives across functions, systems, or product areas


• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or agent frameworks as a core part of development, with the ability to make sound engineering decisions


• Experience integrating a payment service provider or acquirer at scale, including APIs, webhooks, idempotency, and reconciliation


• Strong product instincts and experience making product decisions without waiting for a dedicated Product Manager or Designer


• Будет плюсом: startup, founder, or scale-up experience; working knowledge of the card payment lifecycle, including 3DS/SCA, IC++ pricing, chargebacks, and PCI DSS scope; experience in a regulated financial environment (EMI, payment institution), including audit trails and PII handling

• Spain €57.000—€90.000 EUR


• Czechia 1 191 500 Kč—1 695 000 Kč CZK


• UK £62,500—£75,000 GBP
