Boston Scientific in Arden Hills, MN is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical products following instructions in English. The role requires reading comprehension, attention to detail, and handling small parts with a microscope.

You will work with engineers on process improvements, operate various machines, and maintain shop-floor records. This is an onsite, full-time position with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic English instructions and documents.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly preferred.
• Experience with soldering and using hand/power tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, repair, inspect and/or test products following instructions.
• Read and interpret work instructions written in English.
• Set up and operate manufacturing machines per written guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and certifications; train others as needed.
