Boston Scientific in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a manufacturing technician to support set-up, calibration, rework and quality testing of parts and assemblies. You will work with engineers to develop methods and improve processes in a fast-paced production environment.

This onsite role requires 3 years of related experience and an AA degree or equivalent. You’ll participate in validation, equipment installation, and daily yield improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with AA degree or equivalent
• Experience with electrical systems preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsabilités

• Observes and follows safety rules (QSR and ISO).
• Maintains quality policy compliance and procedures.
• Collaborates with technicians and engineers on process improvement.
• Identifies and implements corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Performs equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance as needed.
• Installs and validates equipment to improve yield or reduce cycle time.
