Job summary

Brooksource is seeking hybrid Product Builders to identify high-value AI-enabled opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and ship usable products in ambiguous environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to drive prototypes from idea to adoption, moving quickly in a small, autonomous team focused on measurable impact.

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing AI innovation organization inside a large enterprise environment that is building next-generation AI products focused on real-world operational and customer impact.

This team operates like an internal startup - small, fast-moving, highly autonomous, and deeply focused on experimentation, rapid prototyping, and solving meaningful business problems with AI.

They are looking for hybrid Product Builders who combine strong technical execution with product thinking and stakeholder instincts. This is not a traditional engineering role and not a traditional product role. The ideal person can identify high-value opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, communicate with business stakeholders, and ship usable products in ambiguous environments.

If you are someone who naturally moves from idea → prototype → iteration → adoption, this is the type of environment built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with business stakeholders and domain experts to identify high-impact problems worth solving
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered products and workflows
• Build across the stack as needed - frontend, backend, APIs, data workflows, and AI integrations
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate development, research, testing, and iteration
• Operate in fast build cycles with minimal process overhead
• Present prototypes and concepts directly to leadership and end users
• Make pragmatic decisions around scope, prioritization, and speed
• Help determine not only what should be built, but what should not
