Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years progressive product assurance experience; defense industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
• Understanding of DCMA/government requirements and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, parts lists, and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of quality control systems for processing materials into finished products.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and evaluation of product precision and accuracy.
• Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards and maintain quality documentation.
• Conduct audits of production processes for compliance with standards.
• Mentor QA staff and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
