Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a hands-on Product Applications Specialist for a 12-month contract at our Tewksbury, MA site. You will support the Product Inspection lab, perform application testing, and prepare demonstrations and reports to enable customer testing and product development.

Ideal candidates have a technical engineering background, lab experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into test plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering or related field.
• Experience in a technical, laboratory, applications or customer-support role.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into testing plans and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear documentation and communication with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple testing requests.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Tewksbury Product Inspection Demo Lab.
• Plan, prepare and execute customer and internal tests and demonstrations.
• Translate customer requirements into test plans and equipment configurations.
• Analyze results and document technical findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to support opportunities and solutions.
• Assist with new product development, validation and launches.
• Maintain testing records and relevant technical information.
