MACOM in Lowell, MA is seeking an Application Engineer to perform lab measurements, collect data, and present results to customers. The role involves learning test setups, instrument operation, and engaging with design reviews to support product development and documentation.

The position emphasizes hands-on lab work, data-driven communication, and collaboration with a team to resolve customer inquiries while advancing device understanding and tool proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics is required.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to take further Electrical Engineering classes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform lab measurements using instrument setups and probe station to gather data.
• Create presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and other software to communicate results to customers.
• Collaborate with peers to gather and present data for customer discussions and tickets.
• Participate in regular design reviews to understand interdisciplinary designs.
• Learn MACOM design tools (e.g., Keysight ADS) to improve techniques and career growth.
• Support quality and reliability teams, update datasheets and application notes, and improve device documentation.
