Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence
• 3+ years with product analytics tooling (Amplitude) and data visualization platforms (Power BI/Looker/Tableau)
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholders
• Experience using AI to accelerate work and show impact

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain analytics reviews, business reviews, and performance reporting cadence
• Translate data into clear insights for product managers, engineers, and executives
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics for KPIs
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data pipelines support analytics
• Conduct data-driven experiments and cohort analyses to drive improvements
• Present findings to senior leadership to influence strategy and roadmap
