Ford is seeking a Manager, Data Product Management for the Enterprise Data Platform in Dearborn, MI. You will own the data strategy, quality, governance, and business value of Ford’s Enterprise Data Lake, guiding six Supervisors who lead domain data hubs that describe core business concepts.

You will partner with architecture, platform teams, and senior leaders to align data products with analytics, AI, reporting, and ODS needs, while driving adoption, data contracts, and lifecycle stewardship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in data mgmt, data engineering, analytics, or product mgmt with 3+ years in product mgmt.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing managers or large teams.
• Strong understanding of data concepts including data modeling, lakes/lakehouses, metadata, lineage; hands-on cloud familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Own data product strategy and vision for Enterprise Data Platform.
• Define and drive data product roadmap and domain hubs, aligning with enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop domain data hub Supervisors and cross-hub governance practices.
• Ensure data quality, governance, ownership, metadata, lineage, and cataloging.
