Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager in Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide Business Intelligence support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy analytics, dashboards, and reports that inform strategy, measure performance, and drive improvements in workflow and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Skilled in gathering requirements from stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and operations performance metrics and analytics that provide critical information, insights, and decision support to leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data.
• Assist in the guidance and technical skills development of less experienced analysts.
