Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide business intelligence support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers.

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics, ensure data accuracy, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Gathers requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and analytics that provide critical information and decision support to leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data.
• Mentor less experienced analysts in technical skills.
