Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager, Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide BI support for internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers. You will collaborate to design tools, metrics, and dashboards that empower leadership with actionable insights, while ensuring data quality and scalable analytics across initiatives.

You will lead projects, mentor junior analysts, and apply SQL and visualization tools to translate business needs into measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and analytics that provide information, insights, and decision support to leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data.
• Mentor less experienced analysts.
