Cardinal Health seeks a Product Manager for Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide business intelligence support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers. You will develop tools to improve workflow, lead projects delivering essential metrics, and maintain data quality while mentoring junior analysts and documenting procedures.

This role combines analytics with stakeholder collaboration to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Skilled at gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with competing priorities.
• Ability to learn and resolve new technical challenges quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and analytics that provide critical information and insights to leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data.
• Assist in mentoring less experienced analysts.
