Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics to provide BI support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers. You will design tools, metrics and dashboards to improve workflows, guide leadership decisions, and ensure data quality across multiple healthcare-related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Skilled in gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and resolve unfamiliar technical challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Ability to improve processes and tools and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience querying, manipulating, and aggregating data for reporting.
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Tableau/SSRS) preferred.
• Understanding of relational databases and MS-SQL preferred.
• Healthcare/Pharmacy familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with low-code/no-code apps (QuickBase/OutSystems) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and analytics for leadership decision support
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data
• Assist in mentoring less experienced analysts
