Capital One is seeking a data‑driven Business Manager for the Retail Bank’s Product Analytics team in New York, NY. This hands‑on role blends strategic thinking with deep experimentation and data analysis to guide product growth and prioritization.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Finance to shape strategy and measure impact. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of analytical experience, a quantitative degree, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional analysis experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or Master’s degree (or MBA with quantitative concentration) required.
• Preferred: Master’s in Business/quantitative field; Consulting experience; Financial services exposure.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap influence with Product Management and Engineering.
• Design, analyze, and interpret complex A/B/n tests using advanced statistical techniques.
• Query, clean, and transform large datasets; develop statistical models and segmentation frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and establish standardized KPI frameworks.
• Synthesize data insights into strategic narratives for executive audiences.
