EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a hands-on product and marketing analytics professional to support a personal loan and deposit portfolio. The role drives origination volume by identifying opportunities to increase demand across marketing channels and improve funnel conversion.

You'll monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and quantify impact with A/B testing, using SQL and Python. The position is hybrid in San Francisco with 2–3 days in the office.

We are seeking a hands-on product and marketing analytics professional to support a personal loan and deposit portfolio. This role will drive origination volume by identifying opportunities to increase demand generation across marketing channels and improve funnel conversion. The individual will monitor key performance metrics for business programs and campaigns, conduct root cause analyses when performance changes, and quantify the impact of initiatives through A/B testing. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical & problem-solving skills, SQL/Python coding proficiency, and brings deep expertise in campaign and funnel analytics.

Work Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)
Salary Range: $130K/Yr - $150K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process
