Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, health-tech or patient-facing industries with hands-on exposure to engagement, eligibility, scheduling or revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable operational or financial impact for product, revenue cycle and clinical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting findings to non-technical, client-facing, or executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient journey data across eligibility, scheduling, intake and payments to track impact on revenue, staff time and patient satisfaction.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring client-facing outcome reporting across product areas.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clean data pulls and defensible recommendations.
