Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Healthcare Analytics & Ideation to drive customer value through analytics and reporting products. You will identify opportunities, build investment cases, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• At least 7 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software/SaaS/complex environments, with 3+ years in healthcare.
• Experience developing investment recommendations evaluating market opportunity, value, and risk.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics and data-driven software, including healthcare data or integrations.
• Experience using AI to accelerate learning, insight synthesis, and execution while maintaining human judgment.
• Experience translating customer/workflow insights into product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction and outcomes for Analytics, CSC’s BI and reporting product.
• Develop investment cases for new opportunities and guide ideation to planning transitions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to discover, validate, launch, and improve products.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and commercial performance, adjusting strategy as needed.
• Embrace AI-enabled workflows to accelerate prototyping, experimentation, and delivery.
