Job summary

RevSpring, Inc. seeks a Product Analyst for Kyruus to partner with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll translate business questions into data analyses and deliver actionable recommendations that shape product decisions and portfolio impact.

You'll own analysis end-to-end, from data extraction to storytelling, with a focus on health system and health plan products. This role requires strong SQL, Looker, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Familiar with statistics and product experimentation.
• Ability to translate a business question into a testing plan with limited supervision.
• Strong critical thinking to verify results before sharing with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort spanning multiple product segments (health system and health plan).

Responsibilities

• Inform feature impact and roadmap sequencing with data-backed metrics.
• Drive AI and search enhancement by analyzing natural language queries.
• Benchmark engagement across products to identify wins and translate into playbooks.
• Build self-serve analyses/tools for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architects.
• Define instrumentation requirements with Product and Engineering before release.
• Explore emerging measurement needs for AI-driven and generative search channels.
