Valmont Industries, Inc. seeks a Product Analyst Intern to support Valley Irrigation Product Management. This part-time role runs across fall 2026 and spring 2027, designed for a college student who enjoys large data sets and creating clear reports. Work can be on-site or remote after orientation with occasional in-person check-ins.

You will analyze data, build standardized reports, and present recommendations to product and commercial leaders, collaborating with managers and the team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student who will remain enrolled through spring 2027.
• Pursuing a degree in an analytical field.
• Available for part-time work during fall 2026 and spring 2027 terms.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, sales, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain standardized Excel workbooks and reporting tables for management.
• Apply inventory aging concepts to evaluate product health and exposure.
• Identify mature or declining products for obsolescence or liquidation decisions.
• Use approved AI tools to summarize insights and create charts for presentations.
• Develop clear charts, summaries, and recommendations for senior managers.
