Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student who expects to remain enrolled through spring 2027.
• Pursuing a degree in an analytical field.
• Available for part-time work during fall 2026 and spring 2027.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data cleaning.
• Ability to organize data from multiple sources and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, sales, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain standardized Excel workbooks, pivot tables, and reporting tables.
• Apply inventory aging measures and product life-cycle concepts to evaluate health.
• Identify mature or declining products for obsolescence or liquidation decisions.
• Develop clear charts, graphs, and summaries for senior managers.
• Validate data accuracy and document sources and methods.
• Present findings and revise analysis based on stakeholder feedback.
