Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or reporting analyst roles within a software, SaaS, or tech-driven organization.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions) for querying large relational databases.
• BI & Data Visualization: Hands‑on experience building and publishing production-level dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Product Analytics Tools: Experience with event‑based tracking platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or GA4.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve reports.
• Automated Data Delivery: schedule weekly, monthly, and quarterly product performance reports.
• Data Quality & Governance: audit and validate reporting pipelines for data integrity and consistent metrics.
• User Behavior Analysis: analyze end-to-end journeys, feature utilization, and funnel drop-offs.
• Experimentation & Launch Tracking: setup tracking specs and analyze pre/post-launch performance or A/B results.
• Ad‑Hoc Analysis: conduct deep-dive data investigations to answer critical product questions.
