Job summary

TEGNA is seeking a Product Manager, Product Analytics & Experimentation in Tysons, VA to lead analytics strategies for digital products across websites, apps, and notifications. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, QA, and Editorial to instrument data, measure outcomes, and guide data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, Product Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Data, and Editorial teams.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics and measure product performance across digital products.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and reusable measurement frameworks.
• Define analytics instrumentation and validate data quality with Engineering.
• Analyze product performance, journeys, funnels, and experiment results.
• Design, execute, and measure A/B tests and feature rollouts.
• Present dashboards and findings to stakeholders with clear recommendations.
