Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in the United States, seeks a Data Analyst — Product Analytics. This high-ownership role focuses on reconciling client billing data, ensuring accuracy, and delivering actionable insights.

You will partner with Product Analytics, Client Operations, Finance, and Engineering to build dashboards, establish durable data-quality controls, and automate recurring reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics, data, finance operations, or a closely related role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience reconciling data across multiple systems and resolving discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail and high data integrity standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have: healthcare data exposure, Looker/Tableau dashboards, BigQuery/dbt, Python, and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and validate client billing data across multiple internal systems, investigating discrepancies and driving them through to resolution.
• Build repeatable data-quality checks, reconciliation processes, documentation, and controls that improve billing accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with Client Operations to support timely and accurate billing and answer high-priority data questions.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analyses that highlight billing trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce client billing friction and strengthen data flows.
• Explore opportunities to automate recurring reconciliation, reporting, and data-quality workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Analytics, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders to improve data infrastructure supporting billing.
• Work effectively in an agile environment with multiple priorities and evolving business needs.
• Maintain a high standard of data integrity when handling complex and sensitive data.
