Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Product Analyst for the Issuer Governance and Communications team, focusing on virtual events and shareholder meetings. You will help shape the product roadmap, translate client needs into requirements, and collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.

You will analyze data, market research, and customer insights to drive platform improvements, evaluate adjacent markets, and support go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of product management, market research, or business analysis.
• Ability to gather and analyze information and translate needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research customer needs, industry trends, and market competition to assess existing products and opportunities.
• Document and clarify business requirements with product managers and Technology.
• Support roadmap planning by analyzing feedback, performance, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate activities with Technology and service delivery teams for launches and readiness.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to support go-to-market plans and pricing analyses.
• Document and improve procedures for virtual events and shareholder meetings.
