Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Issuer Governance and Communications team, focusing on the online platform for virtual events and shareholder meetings. You will help inform the product roadmap and translate client and market needs into product requirements.

Working with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, you will use data and customer insights to drive platform improvements, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business/tech fundamentals.
• Ability to translate customer and market needs into requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research customer needs, industry trends, and market competition to assess existing products and new opportunities.
• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements and technical specifications with product managers and Technology.
• Support product roadmap planning by analyzing customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Analyze and monitor products, identifying opportunities to improve functionality and UX.
• Assist in evaluating proposed requirements and ROI analyses.
• Coordinate activities with Technology and service delivery teams to support development and launches.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales for go-to-market plans and product positioning.
• Research and inform product pricing and potential expansion into adjacent segments.
• Document and improve procedures for virtual events and shareholder meetings.
• Use established procedures to resolve routine issues and meet deadlines.
