Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Issuer Governance and Communications platform for virtual events and shareholder meetings. You will translate client needs into product requirements and help inform the roadmap while coordinating with product, technology, and client-facing teams.

You will analyze market trends, gather business requirements, and assist with pricing and go-to-market planning, contributing to ongoing platform improvements and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Foundational understanding of product management, market research, business analysis, or related practices.
• Ability to gather and analyze information, apply established procedures, and make sound judgments on routine business problems.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, organized requirements and supporting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage structured assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research customer needs, industry trends, and market competition to assess existing products and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements and technical specifications with product managers and Technology.
• Support product roadmap planning by analyzing feedback, performance, and market intelligence.
• Analyze and monitor products and services to improve functionality, UX, and workflows.
• Support evaluation of proposed requirements and ROI analyses for initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with Technology and service delivery teams for development schedules and launches.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market plans and product positioning.
• Conduct research to inform pricing and expansion into adjacent segments.
• Document and improve procedures for virtual events and shareholder meetings.
• Resolve routine issues using established procedures and communicate findings clearly.
• Meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
