Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our Issuer Governance and Communications team. This role will focus on the online platform for virtual events and shareholder meetings. This person will help inform the product roadmap, translate client and market needs into product requirements, and improve the practices and workflows that support successful virtual meetings.

Working across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and client-facing teams, the Analyst uses data, market research, and customer insights to support platform improvements, evaluate opportunities in adjacent market segments, and contribute to go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

  • Research customer needs, industry trends, and market competition to help assess existing products, proposed enhancements, and new product opportunities.

  • Gather, document, and clarify business requirements and technical specifications in partnership with product managers, client-facing teams, and Technology.

  • Support product roadmap planning by analyzing customer feedback, platform performance, and market intelligence.

  • Analyze and monitor new and existing products and services, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, user experience, and operational workflows.

  • Support the evaluation of proposed product requirements and development initiatives, including preparing inputs for business cases and return-on-investment analyses.

  • Coordinate assigned activities with Technology and service delivery teams to support development schedules, operational readiness, and product launches.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to support coordinated go-to-market plans, product positioning, and launch materials.

  • Conduct research and analysis to inform product pricing and potential expansion into adjacent market segments.

  • Help document and improve procedures and practices that support virtual events and shareholder meetings.

  • Use established procedures to resolve routine issues, communicate findings clearly, and seek guidance on complex or unfamiliar matters.

  • Track assigned deliverables, maintain accurate documentation, and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of fundamental business and analytical concepts.

  • Foundational understanding of product management, market research, business analysis, or related practices, gained through education or work experience.

  • Ability to gather and analyze information, apply established procedures, and make sound judgments on routine business problems.

  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, organized requirements and supporting documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage structured assignments and meet deadlines.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask questions, confirm understanding, and share findings with cross-functional colleagues.

  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation tools.

  • Willingness to learn, incorporate feedback, and develop technical and functional expertise under guidance.

  • Interest in digital platforms, virtual events, shareholder meetings, or issuer governance and communications; familiarity with these areas is helpful but not required.

This role is Hybrid meaning you will be assigned to our Long Island or New York City Office and given the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 USD
