Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Product Business Analyst within the Product Management Team to support Product Managers by writing user stories, creating wireframes, educating internal teams on products, and conducting market research.

You will work with cross-functional teams including project managers and developers, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and help translate business needs into clear requirements and tests.

Qualifications

• Passion for making a difference in patients' lives and reducing administrative burden on physician offices.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development projects.
• Must have experience creating and writing user stories.
• Agile software development experience.
• Experience creating wireframes, business requirements and functional requirements documents.
• Understanding of user experience design principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to share creative and new ideas.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Continuous process improvement skills.
• Partnering and problem‑solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team responsible for user experience and user interface.
• Champion a user‑centered design process throughout the organization.
• Assist with planning and conducting user focus groups.
• Develop and improve usability test criteria to guide product acceptance.
• Create market and product documentation that reflects user needs for Development and QA.
• Create clear and easy to follow user guides for clients and end-users.
• Share knowledge and organize training for team members.
• Work with product manager to manage potential integration partnerships with external applications.
• Track, anticipate, and propose industry developments to stay ahead of customer needs.
• Facilitate communications throughout the product development lifecycle to all teams.
• Initiate and lead interactions among teams to coordinate development, marketing, and support activities.
