Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Product Analyst to help advance the patient experience by designing product solutions that improve access, engagement, and outcomes along the care journey.

You'll partner with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Data teams to translate patient needs into actionable requirements and measurable improvements, ensuring data-driven decisions and compliant digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, healthcare operations, or data analytics.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
• Experience working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Core Product: Design and deliver product solutions to improve access, engagement, and outcomes across the patient journey.
• Data & Analytics: partner with data teams to translate patient needs into actionable requirements and insights.
• Subject Matter Expertise: serve as SME for patient experience and product delivery.
• Collaboration & Delivery Support: work with cross-functional teams to enable timely delivery.
• Documentation & Communication: document requirements and communicate findings clearly.
