Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, healthcare operations, or data analytics.
• Experience with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools or similar) and ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and clinical needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog in partnership with the Product Manager.
• Support roadmap planning through feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and dependency mapping.
• Query and analyze EHR, operational, and engagement data to inform product decisions.
• Partner with Data/BI teams to define and validate KPIs tied to product performance.
