Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Owner in managing the ServiceNow ITSM POD.
• Document and refine user stories to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, product, and technology.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and develop release plans.
• Work with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Support backlog development and resolve blockers.
• Communicate complex concepts effectively and influence stakeholders.
• Drive innovation through an experimental mindset, encouraging learning and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role within an agile (scrum) environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM.
• Strong background in digital or eCommerce environments, including API or data feed experience.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint.
• Experience leading agile teams and facilitating ceremonies.
