Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Product Analyst for AML & Fraud/Credit to join the Global Compliance, Risk, and CDD group. You will help shape the product lifecycle, document requirements, and prioritize features with internal teams across engineering, compliance, and data science.

You will participate in SAFe ceremonies, support UAT, and drive improvements that enhance detection, efficiency, and customer value while coordinating multi-team feature delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience writing business requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Fraud, Credit Risk, and AML transaction monitoring solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile or SAFe product development methodologies.
• Experience supporting backlog management and Agile delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Transaction Monitoring product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Managers to define and document business requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and refine backlogs, ensuring work aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, compliance, data science, and stakeholders to deliver product enhancements.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase detection and efficiency.
