Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years IT Product Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience as a Product Owner/Manager/BA.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum product development; able to facilitate stand-ups and backlog grooming.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, author, and maintain detailed user stories, specs, acceptance criteria, and diagrams.
• Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning for IT scrum teams.
• Coordinate with engineering for externalization of Hill’s ecosystem capabilities.
• Bridge IT and commercial stakeholders, adapting across project phases.
