Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive's Hill's Corporate Analytical Services seeks an Analytical Process Specialist to advance global analytical processes across manufacturing networks. You will collaborate with plant Laboratory Team Leaders to transfer methods, validate analyses, and optimize instrumentation.

Responsibilities include technology transfers, troubleshooting, AI-driven data interpretation, and modernization of SOPs across wet and dry testing environments, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, analytical sciences, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of quality manufacturing or analytical laboratory experience.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative chemistry techniques.
• 2+ years managing professional or vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfers and method validations across sites.
• Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and perform preventive maintenance.
• Deploy AI/machine-learning tools to speed testing and data interpretation.
• Modernize SOPs across conventional, on-line, in-line, and at-line testing.
• Collaborate with plant quality, production, and external labs for audits and corrective actions.
