Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition. Our products are trusted in more households than any other brand in the world, making us a household name!

Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. Guided by our core values—Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous—we foster a culture that inspires our people to achieve common goals. Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.

We are excited to invite applications for the Product Analyst - Hill’s Digital role, sitting within the Hill’s Digital IT applications group. In this highly dynamic position, you will execute at the intersection of technology and business strategy to support our strategic Pro Ecosystems & Partnerships Externalization roadmap.

Working closely with IT tech leads and commercial partner teams, your primary mission is to translate high-level ecosystem strategies (for example, PIMS integrations, commerce integration, Telehealth partnerships, etc) into actionable technical requirements, user stories, and seamless platform capabilities.

Our ideal candidate is intensely curious about technology, data, and user experience. You are a true self-starter who takes end-to-end ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and brings a flexible mindset—willing to stretch beyond formal job boundaries to solve complex challenges and drive project momentum. As an exceptional communicator, you will easily bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders to unlock maximum value across our digital ecosystems.

This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
What You'll Do
  • Requirements & Roadmap Execution: Elicit, author, and maintain detailed user stories, technical functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams. Translate overarching externalization and partnership strategies into well-defined IT backlogs.
  • Agile Ceremony Leadership & Delivery: Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning for dedicated IT scrum teams. Drive sprint completion, maintain plan integration, coordinate QA/testing gates, and streamline the release process to ensure seamless feature delivery.
  • Ecosystem & Partner Capability Enablement: Serve as an IT technical liaison across external partner integrations. Collaborate with engineering teams to enable the externalization of Hill’s ecosystem capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Flexible Ownership: Act as a flexible, end-to-end owner across all project phases. Adapt quickly to evolving business needs, proactively bridge gaps between IT and commercial stakeholders, and execute tasks outside core job definitions whenever necessary to achieve team goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, combined with 2+ years of experience as an IT Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Proven track record of working within Agile/Scrum product development teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, grooming backlogs, and managing user story deployment cycles in Jira or similar tools.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence) as well as generative/agentic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, OpenClaw) to accelerate productivity and technical analysis.
  • Basic understanding of User-Centric Design (UI/UX) principles and standard software quality assurance (QA) gate practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, veterinary software ecosystems, or Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making, with experience in Google Analytics, PIMS data mining, or tracking recommendation-to-conversion funnel metrics.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, business-friendly language (and vice versa) for both technical developers and commercial leadership.
