LandEarly is seeking a Product Analyst to translate how job seekers use the product into actionable insights. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to shape features from user behavior and data, including auto-apply flow, matching, and tracking improvements.

You will analyze user behavior, build dashboards, and define success metrics for experiments. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a product analytics, data analytics, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Comfort with statistical concepts and experiment design (A/B testing).
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias toward data-driven decision-making.

You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering to turn user behavior and application data into clear insights that shape what we build next - from the auto-apply flow to matching and tracking features.
