Job summary

LandEarly is seeking a Product Manager to shape the experience for job seekers using our auto-apply platform. You will work across the product lifecycle - from identifying user needs to shipping features that help candidates find, tailor, and submit applications faster and more effectively.

In this role you will partner with engineering and design, translate user research into requirements, and track impact with data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience at a consumer or SaaS software company
• Track record of shipping features end-to-end
• Data-driven prioritization and measurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience partnering with engineering and design teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
