Job summary

LandEarly is seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that guide decision-making. You will work with product, engineering, and growth teams to understand user behavior, product performance, and business trends.

You will build dashboards, analyze data, and partner with stakeholders to define success metrics for new features. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is essential, as is the ability to present findings clearly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or in analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytics role
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency with a data visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with spreadsheet-based analysis (Excel or Google Sheets) for ad hoc requests
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Experience working at an early-stage or growth-stage company
