The Impact You Will Have:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our growing IT department. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution; analyzing workflows, gathering requirements, and helping design solutions that improve how the company operates.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into business processes, translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications, and collaborating across teams to see projects through from concept to delivery. You will work closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams, playing an important role in shaping scalable, reliable solutions that support the company's growth.

In addition to core analyst responsibilities, you may assist with broader operational systems and cross-functional initiatives that support business and product operations.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Define system architecture, including data models, application layers, integration points, and interfaces.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the development and deployment of software solutions.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to deliver software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Execute manual UAT and production testing to validate system functionality, data accuracy, and business requirement compliance.
  • Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business processes into clear requirements.
  • Experience creating business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.
  • Familiarity with system architecture concepts, including data models, application layers, and integration points.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications in close collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project tracking/documentation tools preferred.
  • Experience with UAT or QA testing processes preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience or familiarity with project planning and tracking tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a business analyst, product analyst, or related role preferred.
