Job summary

Liberty Home Guard is seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to bridge business needs and technical execution within our IT department. You will analyze workflows, gather requirements, and help design solutions that improve how the company operates.

You will collaborate with IT leadership, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems from concept to delivery, write BRDs and user stories, and lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to break down complex business processes into clear requirements.
• Experience creating BRDs, user stories, and use cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Define system architecture including data models, application layers, integration points, and interfaces.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Perform manual UAT and production testing to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
