Job Title: Product Analyst - Mid-Level

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Pay rate: Up to $51.09/hr

Location: Framingham, MA

Work Type: 100% Remote

What you'll do:

• The Loss Prevention (LP) Global Solution Delivery Team manages solutions and technology to keep associates and customers safe, preserve assets, and provide business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine detailed requirements from key stakeholders.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, including user story estimation and testing considerations.
• Articulate requirements and solutions, build consensus within stakeholder groups.
• Support the product team to achieve iteration goals.
• Ensure functional integrity of the product/solution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' experience as a Product or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to drive cross-functional conversations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years' experience with SAFe/Agile.
• Experience in Loss Prevention and related software platforms.
• Knowledge of retail industry practices.
• Experience with vendors and third-party solutions.
