Job Title: Product Analyst - Mid-Level

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Pay rate: Up to $51.09/hr

Location: Framingham, MA

Work Type: 100% Remote

• The Loss Prevention (LP) Global Solution Delivery Team manages solutions and technology to ensure safety, asset preservation, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine detailed requirements from stakeholders
• Contribute to backlog refinement, including story estimation and testing considerations

• Support the product team in achieving iteration goals
• Maintain functional integrity of solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' experience as a Product or Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical skills and ability to facilitate cross-functional conversations

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years' experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies
• Experience in Loss Prevention and related software platforms
• Knowledge of retail industry best practices
• Experience with vendors and third-party solutions
