Job description

Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).

This position will be responsible for driving the delivery of critical features and initiatives for the Pricing and Revenue Organization. They will serve as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master overseeing one or more Scrum teams.

Essential Functions

  • Understand current system functionalities & applications and strive to be a functional subject matter expert.
  • Own the product vision and product backlog.
  • Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product teams.
  • Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manage program effectiveness against target metrics.
  • Manage requirements and prioritization within the product backlog based on business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
  • Query and analyze data in various formats such as databases, XML, JSON, etc.
  • Oversee the product development process, providing guidance and clarification as needed.
  • Evaluate completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with business objectives.
  • Analyze production and test defects.
  • Perform test case reviews and validations for business-critical features.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems, or equivalent experience. Related experience may offset degree requirements, and related education may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years of work experience in an information technology or engineering environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset, leadership qualities, analytical and critical thinking skills, and effective time and product management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent human relations skills.
  • Understanding of system, application, and software architecture and design.
  • Expertise in SAFe Agile framework, backlog management, and iteration planning.
  • Preferred knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and RDBMS.

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. Remote work within the U.S. may be available based on business needs.
