Greetings!
We are looking for an insightful and detail-orientedProduct Analyst to strengthen our analytics team and contribute to data-driven decision-making for our key business units.

Magnetics is a digital company that develops and scales its own online products across competitive and fast-paced markets. Founded in 2014, we rely on data, bold hypotheses, and user experience to grow efficiently.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on product metrics
- Proficient SQL (PostgreSQL), Google Sheets, and Excel
- Solid foundation in statistics and probability
- Strong data visualization skills (preferably Tableau)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, payments, marketing, retention, etc.)
- Excellent analytical thinking, self-organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English - at least Intermediate (read documentation)

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of column-oriented storages (e.g., BigQuery, AWS Athena)
- Strong GA4 analysis skills (analytics only — no setup required)

How you'll be contributing:
- Monitoring and analyzing key product and payment funnel metrics
- Working with user segments (incl. high-value customers)
- Identifying anomalies in KPIs and finding their root causes
- Generating hypotheses and uncovering growth opportunities
- Supporting the development of our BI infrastructure (database + Tableau dashboards)
- Contributing to business planning and modeling
