Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage incoming support requests; coordinate resolutions with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for product enhancements.
  • Translate initiatives into actionable user stories, research items, and development tasks.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  • Conduct UAT to validate functionality and identify defects.
  • Track testing results and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for successful product improvements.
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support change management for new features and business processes.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancements.

Job description

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in need of a Product Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support product enhancements and process improvements
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to break down large initiatives into actionable user stories, research items, and development tasks
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation that align business needs with technical solutions
  • Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story review sessions
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality, ensure requirements are met, and identify defects
  • Track testing results, document findings, and work with development teams to resolve issues
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and system improvements
  • Assist with process documentation, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support organizational change efforts by helping ensure smooth adoption of new features and business processes
  • Monitor system performance, user feedback, and support trends to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and requirements effectively to business and technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and creating functional specifications
  • Strong ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documentation
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
  • Experience supporting backlog management, story refinement, and sprint-based delivery processes
  • Ability to conduct user acceptance testing, document test results, and validate business requirements
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, business applications, or customer data solutions is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using collaboration or work management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
