Job summary

Kforce Inc in New York City seeks a Financial Analyst for a hybrid in-office role. You will provide revenue analytics, create KPI decks and perform revenue cycle analysis for multiple offices, including international locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of revenue analysis experience in professional services, plus billable rate and utilization analysis, financial modeling, and the ability to generate internal management reports in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Kforce's client seeks a Financial Analyst for a hybrid in office role in NYC (Midtown). Responsibilities:

• Financial Analyst will provide revenue and performance analytics and prepare KPI decks, (Profitability, Utilization, etc.) for divisional management teams
• Perform revenue cycle analysis from large Master Data files
• Prepare operational analysis for both domestic and international office locations
• As a Financial Analyst, you will create ad hoc database reports using historical data points
• Provide performance and business trend analysis pertaining to billable rates, and revenue realization rates

Requirements

• 2+ years of revenue analysis experience within the professional service industry, (Business Advisory, CPA or Law Firm, etc.)
• Billable Rate & Utilization Rate Analysis experience
• Financial Modeling skills
• Ability to create internal management reports
• Ability to work a hybrid in office work schedule

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
